Growing up, she witnessed the expansion of our infrastructure, sparking her interest in science and community development. She attended one of the best school districts, and as a graduate of the Science Magnet of Richardson High School, she continued her education at Prairie View A&M University.

Thank you for your support!
Even though things did not go our way election night, I wanted to leave a message and say thank you to all who supported my campaign and voted during this year’s election. I especially want to thank my hometown for its overwhelming support. Your participation in the electoral process is the key to keeping our democracy strong and free.
Even though I will not be representing you and your family, our community, and our great state in Congress, I will remain actively involved in our community. I am still committed to public service to help make a positive difference for all.
Please continue to keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I look forward to visiting with you in the coming weeks as we are out in the community for the upcoming holiday season.
Again, thank you, and God Bless.
