Ensure access to adequate, safe, and affordable housing, transportation ensuring that it is ADA compliant

Increase efforts to safeguard cultural/natural environments and provide universal access to accessible green spaces

Strengthen regional development planning to support economic and environmental affiliations between urban and rural areas
Digital Infrastructure

Develop cybersecurity standards and certifications to secure digital transactions

Legalize municipal networks (publicly owned telecommunications infrastructure)

Protect citizens from landlord-tenant scams and digital redlining- Internet Service Providers (ISPs) often broker special deals with landlords of apartment complexes and multi-family homes to ensure only one ISP serve the tenants

Ensure the affordability and equitable access to broadband
